The terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, is the main attraction of this apartment. You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea view and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. The apartment faces southwest and has direct sunlight all day long. The apartment is larger than most other apartments (approx. 120 m2) and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre. It has a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. The apartment forms part of a block of just 6 apartments. It comprises air conditioned bedrooms (operated by coin meter), a kitchen/dining room, a main double bedroom, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate sitting room, a bathroom with shower and large terrace with table and chairs. Guests can also use the roof for laundry purposes. There is also internet/Wi-Fi service plus cable TV/radio which are free of charge. The apartment is self catering with a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine, linen and towels all provided for a most comfortable stay. Though the village is relatively small there is everything to make your holiday a worthwhile and memorable one. The apartment is just 50 metres away from the rocky beach, 150 metres away from the sandy beach of Xlendi and the village centre (restaurants and food stores) and 30 metres from the nearest bus stop which is down the road next to Xlendi Tower. Furthermore, the island of Gozo is a very popular holiday destination, known for its unique rural characteristics and lovely and picturesque villages.
Apartment is close to all amenities. Xlendi is a small fishing and tourist village, with a number of good restaurants open all year round and a nightclub is just 10 minutes away by walk. A lovely sandy beach and high cliffs surrounds this village. Public transport is punctual and good and the village is just 3 km away from the main town (Victoria) and hospital. Ample parking space is available. One can tour the hot spots of the island in 3/4 days. A car is advisable for certain places.
